InterBack lets you backup files across the Internet to a remote site of your choice. It uses standard zip compression to compress files to less than half their original size. The compressed files can then be encrypted. The files are transferred to any Internet FTP site that the user has an account on. Events are automated to run at any pre-selected time. At the end of the transfer, the user can be notified by email.
