Fantastic & very easy to use, though i use the LE (Free) version and i use v3.5 most of the time, i hightly recommend this program, its just so easy to use compared to the others.
One feature i miss in this version are the numbers that were in v3 on the left hand side...

this rocks, they have been working on Pocket Divx for some time now and now really stepped up the bar on portable Pocket PC video players!
