Hey tontino, i think that every companies should be just be banned from coding in java!
tontito reviewed v7 Build b19 on Sep 1, 2007
Just a small note:
The programs run faster or slower depending in how good it was coded, same applies for other languages.
What i have seen with java is that there are lots of bad coders giving java a bad reputation.
This also applies for big companies codding.
Some people/companies should be just be banned from coding in java!
Kind regards

OpenOffice is mostly written in C++. Only minor parts (such as database support) is coded in Java.

I am wondering, is this also usable for end-users? As the java 6 runtime? I think the description here on betanews is a bit lacking in clearity...

I think the way the Title has been written is misleading:
It is "Java SE Development Kit (JDK) 7 build b17 for Windows" and not a Java Se Development Kit (JDK) for "Windows 7 b17" (as we may notice the next vesion of windows is called "Windows 7").

utomo, it's _far_ from entering beta.
