JurikSoft Remote Control Tools is software for remote administration of computers under Microsoft Windows 2000/XP. You can control the remote PC through your own. Remote PC can be anywhere in your local network or Internet. It does not require high-speed network connection. It consists of two parts - client and server. After established TCP/IP connection, client can manage PC with server part.

Looks like an interesting program. But according to the website the program costs $25, so why has it been posted as freeware ?

While I agree stealth would be a great thing, Netop costs money, while this program is freeware. So Netop really doesn't have this beat it just depends on if your willing to pay the money for stealth mode which most people won't just for that feature.

Win2k/XP come with remote admin ability already built in. So this is basically a GUI with other stuff, to do what the OS can already do. One thing that needs to be done with remote admin software and is a MUST... stealth mode where the user doesn't see you log in. For enterprise management, this is a great idea, but NetOp has you BEAT.
Middle of the road 3 for your effort.
