Kookie Jar generates signatures which you may use with your favorite email or news program. Signatures typically include a random quote or tagline chosen from a file that you specify. However, the program will work fine without random quotes.

Typically, the program is loaded automatically at system startup, lives in the tray and chooses a new signature quote at random at a predefined interval, e.g. every 5 minutes. The quote is taken from a file which contains your favorite taglines. Most email and news clients have the ability to use an external file for signature.
