do we really need some more of this crap? A REPEATED FAILURE: IT DOESN'T LET YOU ADD A DESIRED EXTENSION TO BE CLEANED.

CCleaner offers far more options and has been around for a long time already. This program was completely unnecessary, but at least it's free and not another shareware ripoff.
