Actually, ShareScan is *MUCH* slower than LanSpider as it uses just one search thread. LanSpider may use up to 250 threads.
ShareScan makes just visibility of fast search as it starts scanning all computers right after it's loaded without any prompts.
It makes an excessive load on LAN. What's is more, you may have problems with network admins and other users :-/

It was quite slow. Other programs (eg. Sharescan) have a better way of doing the same thing I think
