Lots of problems with this software. I regret buying a Logitech keyboard, mostly because the drivers are so miserable.
As the reviewers above have noted, the iTouch software does not support Firefox or Mozilla (it does support Netscape). Poking around in the config directories, it is apparent that the software has profile configs for the supported browsers, and neither of these popular alternatives have profilles. This means, primarily, that none of the "launch URL" options work.
'yuting' gave the tip about using cmd to force a URL parsing, but a cleaner method of doing this is by using the rundll32.exe method (eg, "rundll32.exe url.dll, FileProtocolHandler http://www.google.com") although Mozilla or FireFox will have to be the system-wide default browser for this to work.
Not all of the other keys are programmable either. I notice that the "Media" button calls up a menu of every known media player that is installed, and there is no apparent way to override this list and simply point to your favorite (eg, no way to choose "winamp.exe" whenever the media button is pressed). There might be a registry hack to get around this or something but I'm too mad to mess with it right now.
The CD version of the driver comes with some demoware stuff that just gets in the way.
I was unable to use add/remove programs to uninstall any of this stuff. Don't know why not yet, but that was pretty much the last straw for me... Doesn't let me choose my favorite browser, doesn't let me choose any media player, crap excess software, and can't remove it.
I give it 1 star.

TIP: to launch a web address in your favourite browser, there is a workround that doesn't start a new Firefox/MyIE... each time:
use "C:\Windows\System32\cmd.exe /c start www.google.com"
Not simple, but you only need to copy-paste once...
The Transparent-passthrough to let you bypass certain F-keys doesn't always work. In this case just select "Keystroke" from action menu and map it explicitly to the normal F1/F2/... You can't remap F5-F8. You can't adjust the OSD fonts. The E-mail/Messenger keys don't always work - if you have messenger already running (most likely) Messenger key should bring up the IM window - but it doesn't.
I don't like the software but have not found any replacement to let me utilise all the extra keys.

Fairly easy to customize. Was distressed at first that it does not support Mozilla/Firefox but thats also fairly easy to fix. For anyone having trouble getting this to work with Mozilla or Firefox:
Set the desired button to launch a program
Browse and select Mozilla/Firefox
At the end of the path just type what website you want it to open with, ie.
C:\...firefox.exe www.google.com

not working with firefox is a major flaw in the Logitech drivers.
i recently bought a cheapass small keyboard with media buttons on it NOT made by logitech and it works perfectly with firefox.
the drivers & buttons of the Logitech keyboard are just written to use the iexplore.exe instead of reading some easy registry values like default browser path & executable.
quite pisspoor for someone like logitech. same goes for the memory size of the Itouch.exe 7.812 MB is way too heavy for that function. (i have 1 gig ram, so i shouldn't complain, but other keyboard controling drivers i used are far less big )
Also a quite annoying bug is when you play a vid or a game fullsceen and then use the volume wheel on my Cordless Keyb. the volume isn't turned down constantly. instead it makes a big jump of 3-5 lines with a time difference of some 2-3 seconds. even when i dissable the onscreen green bars it still takes that long.
so for now i suppress itouch.exe to be loaded and can still use most of the buttons. (play, next, previous and stop button don't work however) at least the startpage does lauch firefox.

Works perfectly fine for me, as have previous versions. There is only one thing, of which I can not fault Logitech because FireFox is in beta stage and I don't expect beta software to be officially supported: The buttons relative to launching a web browser does not launch FireFox 0.8 when Firefox is set as the system-wide default web browser.

Works as intended, no problems. How about updating the uglt systray icon to something a little more XP high res like?

The previous version had this problem of showing the whole dialog, every time at boot, keeping waiting for me to say okay.
I wish i hope this version avoids this annoyance.

finally the media buttons works with winamp5, i tried editing the the buttons ini file by hand before but it didn't work with winamp5, even 2.91 worked.
Now it does.
Still no function of the browser buttons if one doesn't use the inet explorer as standard browser. No support for Mozilla/Firebird at the moment, so only a 3 star.

I had the same stupid problem with shutting the computer down. It used to make me so mad. I would loathe rebooting my computer because it took so long, and if you ctrl+alt+deleted and forced explorer to close, the system would just hang. I'm glad this is resolved.

YES YES YES!!!! for over a year my computer was having problems shutting down... after a clean format it would work for a few weeks, then start all over again. THIS bas**** program was the cause the whole time... and this update fixed it... YES~!@#$%
dkg_ctc reviewed v2.20 Build 242 on Nov 25, 2003
Ok, I take that back. The Play/Pause button seems to send the play/pause signal twice to Media Center, so if the playback is currently stopped, pressing the Play/Pause button will cause it to play for a split, second, then pause again. Still, it's better than it was, so I'll give it a 4.

I like the new features this program comes with, but now none of the features work. My keyboard's a Cordless iTouch Keyboard, and with this new software ONLY basic functionality works. Darn it.
