Lookeen Backup Manager is a very useful tool to backup your outlook data.
Within that your can start a wizard and select different options which LBM shall backup. There can only Outlook settings be backupped or serveral .pst's or all data. Also different profiles can be chosen. It's also possible to run a complete reset of outlook.
There are really a lot of possibilities and features in this software so please check the trial version or the homepageof Lookeen Backup Manager (http://www.lookeen-backup.com) to lern more about this tool.
The ony thing I see a bit negative is the price. But it's ok compared with the situation to loose all outlook data without having a backup.
