LunarCal is a 160-years perpetual Chinese lunar calendar program. It enumerates Chinese New Years for year 1900-2060. It displays dates of Chinese New Years and major Chinese festivals. It also sports a "moon compass" that shows the actual illumination and position of the moon when viewed from the observer's nominated geographical location (lat/long).

I've been using this calendar program for over 10 years - it is a bit difficult to begin as it uses and contains both Linux (firefox) and windows programming. Fiddle with it a bit to get it working and you will be rewarded as it is realllly good !
