Publisher's Description
Mad Cow 2 is a fully skinnable interface for the Internet Explorer engine. The browser is skinnable and so is the toolbar and so is the settings window and finally so are the menus. It also has other features like the ability to add/edit and use the favorites from Internet Explorer and the version for IE 5.x+ also supports new and popup windows.
The toolbar is seperated from the browser so you can position it wherever you like. The toolbar can have any number of buttons on it and each button is defined to perform an action. Actions can exectue programs or open web pages or do any of the internal commands defined within mad cow. Any command can also be entered in the address bar and it will also be executed. The toolbar also has an optional status bar. Another great feature is that Mad Cow 1 skins can be used by the toolbar as if they were Mad Cow 2 skins.

I think that perhaps (somehow) you were using Consolable (which is what you described. Please try Mad Cow 2 instead, it actually is a browser. Trust me, I wrote this review with it. Sorry about the 5 rating but there's no "none" option.

How did this get a rating without a review?.. So far this is a small window which reads specific commands from a script to perform what can be done already from the Run line off the Start Menu. The documentation, as well as the web site is poor on how this is supposed to integrate into IE. My suggestion-delete or avoid Mad Cow 2 and stick with Mad Cow Disease instead.
