Publisher's Description
The AdventNet ManageEngine OpUtils is a comprehensive set of 40+ unique system and network monitoring tools. This web-based software helps network engineers monitor, diagnose and troubleshoot their IT resources. Network engineers and IT operations staff managing large networks would find this toolset very useful and handy, especially during troubleshooting.
Using ManageEngine OpUtils, you can troubleshoot frequent network problems such as network connectivity, availability, health, and latency of any IP node in the network. It also offers custom-made tools to manage DNS names, IP and MAC addresses, fetch details about CPU, memory, software listing and more. The SNMP tools help monitor any SNMP-enabled IP node, whereas the Cisco tools help monitor Cisco-specific devices and nodes. Graphs, charts, and tables provide real-time views of the network and system information. Results can be exported as reports in various formats such as PDF, HTML, and Excel spreadsheet.
The free edition features 25 of the 43 tools.

FYI: Installs as full version, and reverts to 'free edition' after 30 days.
When you start the tool (via webpage) it says this:

It's looking very nice/good/handy, though.
