this is fantastic product. all my files are now backing up to my harddrive automatically. A little toaster message come up to inform me my new was backed up; very comforting. this is what consumer backup should be. I haven't tried their online storage but will in couple weeks. I think it is a good idea to backup certain important files away from home. you just never know. so far i'm very happy with the software.
