despite all you twats who would say otherwise this is a quality program. after watching virtualcd destroy my autoplay settings about six months ago i couldn't be more happy to have them back. the program does more than simply just check the autoplay box or enable in in services... it repairs the registry keys invovlved in the current user, local computer, and driver level policies (which were my problems). when installing from cd i don't want to have to go to the drive and then hunt down the setup or autoplay exe... all i want is for it to run autoplay so i can just click install... this tool gave me the ability to do it again.

Given that I nearly shed tears of joy the moment I was finally able to completely DISABLE the annoying autoplay features of Windows XP, and given that I'm now practically in tears of laughter at the notion MS would bother to release this, I must give it the lowest possible rating.

If this is something they think is needed, then why don't they just add a "repair" button somewhere in control panel, or better yet under the same menu as the autoplay options? Chances are the people that need this fix won't even know about it.. Make it a recommended update on windowsupdate and get it in the UI!
