Publisher's Description
Microsoft NoReplyAll Outlook Add-In will add a couple of buttons to the Outlook ribbon to prevent people from replying to all the recipients of your message or forwarding it. The add-in uses a facility built into Outlook and Exchange that is more lightweight than information-rights management but is not exposed in the existing UI. The add-in also includes a check for common email errors, such as omitting attachments or subject lines.

It is very cool (been using it a while; there was an earlier version), but it needs to be installed on everyone's PC for it to work. If you flag an email as "do not forward" and the recipient doesn't have it install, they'll still be able to forward the email.
We have one guy that this was made for; he'll forward anything to anyone...
BTW, it's version 2.0.1 not 2.1.0.
Change history summary:
2.0.1: the buttons now work for non-English installations of Outlook; allow new messages to default to reply-all off; ignore embedded images when checking for attachments.
2.0.0: first public release
