"Additionally, the SP is a roll-up of all previously released updates."

Plus, requirements to install do not say you already need SP1 installed.

So, yes, you can install this on a virgin Office 2010 install. Also works on Project, Visio and Sharepoint Designer.

I wish there was clarity if SP1 is needed or not for this update to work properly or if a user can install this new SP2 on a new and unupdated Office 2010 installation.
