Overall not a bad program, just needs some polishing, but I guess that will happen by the time it is released.
For example it doesn't mention that .NET 1.1 is required until after the installtion. Although, that may be noted on its web page on Microsoft's web site, I haven't checked.
Not all of the rule descriptions have direct links and so some just point to the contents page. The rule descriptions are always opened in a new broswer, which is annoying.
I am giving it a 4 out of 5 because it is beta and does what it supposed to do.
