It certainly would be nice if Microsoft would report which Countries, Nations, and/or States are affected by the changes. I have no idea if or if not I actually need this update. And I assume if I do need it, it will eventually end up as a "Windows Update". I'll wait for that.
I just checked and found this update changes Standard Time to Daylight Saving Time in 6 separate time zones ... Arabic, Argentina, Iran, Morocco, Pakistan, and the Pacific Time Zone in South America only.
