It does what it claims to do.
It actually places an overlay over your normal desktop and makes all the windows run inside the overlay....
Very usefull for making sure the layout of your application fits into the unconventional size of the umpc screen..
Fair to say its going to be usefull for anyone developing applications for umpc, not sure how it would go with directx etc... but I am mainly concerned with web based applications and databases.
