MouseCam does its job but this app is too primitive: the magnification area isn't resizable, the utility magnifies only up to 20x normal size. The interface doesn't look very nice. I prefer to use Nico Westerdale's Magnifier which is also free, doesn't require installation, has resizable magnification area and magnifies up to 50x normal size.
