It does intercepts. But suddenly XP refuses to reboot,
switch user...anything....had to turn off the power.
Remove this utility..now XP happily reboots, switch
user, log off.
--- Yes, this type of utility is very indispensable as there are many Egoistic and STUPID PROGRAMS to force reboot windows without asking.
I have been using Bootroot.exe ( much smaller than this utility. I give 4 to Bootroot.exe and 2 to No. )
Interface is not so refined, either. It should open up a window like bootroot.exe that the window is rebooting ---yes or no. Then, you know the program is working properly.
Go back to the drawing board and come up with better
program from usability point of view.
