Neomem is freakin' insanely awesome.
Why, you ask?
1) It's open source
2) Saves to .ini file
3) Available in installer AND .ZIP (binary) form
4) Works great

I am using neomem over 1 year to keep my to do lists, to organize my works, thougts, whatever needs to be organized.. I've tried lots of others but non of them is even close to neomem.. The only missing part of this software is a calendar (scheduler) but even without it, it is great..
