I can only give this a 3. Firstly, make sure that your name for your product hasn't been taken a few years back (http://www.geocities.com/raoavm/NetChess.html), and make sure that you offer way more than something that is free ware (Armageddon II Chess).
I can't guage the actual Chess engine, as I am only a novice. However, the whole program just isn't anything different from what I have seen before. Game play is very smooth, which is a plus, but it needs more oomph.
