NetNote will improve your productivity by integrating several unique features with an easy-to-use and nice-looking interface. Also called sticky-note utility, this Windows freeware targets SOHO and medium size businesses as well as the Health community. It has network capabilities (send and receive notes, instant messaging), text notes, audio attachments, alarms and models (templates). It also supports XP transparency and XP themes.

NetNote is much more than just another sticky note program. It allows you to make customized models to create pre-formated notes. If you have a network, its strengths really shine. The ability to send to individuals or groups of computers and then delete copies of the notes on all computers except the one you respond on is awesome. The latest addition of an instant messaging feature really makes the program shine. The programmer is dedicated to making the program meet the users needs.
This program far exceeds my expectations.

excellent program, incredible support. we have 25 stations and have excellent internal communications with netnotes. Programmer is VERY interested in solving problems and implementing suggestions. If only more programs had this level of support. Program is very flexible and powerful and has increased my office's effeciency to a huge degree. I could not function without the program

Great networkable sticky notes; Unbelievable support!
I downloaded this program on a recommendation several months ago. I liked it so well, I registered it, but at the same time asked for enhancements. Within days, I had my enhancements. Now the developer, Laurent, has integrated this wonderful program with the world's best-selling vet program and has an optional integrated caller-id function, as well. Top ratings to both the program and the programmer!

NetNote is as easy to use as your email program or any other software that uses a tree to classify information and windows to show their content. Some features are advanced ones (like models) but it's up to you to decide if you want to use them.

an 'office gal'? Wtf does that mean? Do you mean how hard it would be to teach someone who wasn't overly computer literate?

does what it says,a nd pretty well, but, The GUI is a travesty. A very unintuitive program, i would hate so see how hard it would be to teach this to an office gal.
