NetRun is a tray utility to 'RUN' a 'List' of programs only when an Internet connection is detected, and then close/kill the same 'List' when the connection is lost.

I have DSL but sometimes it goes down and/or I might turn off the machine during T-storms or whatever so I may try to use if its of some use - must be more useful than a ICQ foghorn!

nice little program. it works fine and doesnt use up much system resources. not really something i would use as i have always on cable but good for dialup users.
