Publisher's Description
Netcraft toolbar effectively forms a giant neighborhood watch scheme, empowering the most alert and most expert members to defend everyone within the community against phishing frauds. Once the first recipients of a phishing attack have reported the target URL, it is blocked for community members as they subsequently access the URL. Widely disseminated attacks simply mean that the phishing attack will be reported and blocked sooner.
The toolbar also traps suspicious URLs containing characters which have no common purpose other than to deceive. It enforces display of browser navigational controls (toolbar & address bar) in all windows, to defend against pop up windows which attempt to hide the navigational controls. It also clearly displays sites' hosting location, including country, helping you to evaluate fraudulent URLs.

I have been using Netcraft Toolbar for it has to be around two years now. My bank recommended it, and what a great addition. It has alerted me to Phishing sites countless times, sometimes with a dialog box, and sometimes just with the red bar in the RiskRating bar. When you're someplace that you shouldn't be the RiskRating bar turns red, and you know you are someplace that you don't want to be. In addition the links to the right of the RiskRating bar provide you with a wealth of information if you want to take the time to look. If your curious about the site your viewing just start clicking the links for a site report that includes way more information than you thought possible. A great tool that I highly recommend.

Its a great toolbar and a great idea.
There is only one problem...it slows load time of Internet Explorer, and more importantly, webpages. This is probably due to the fact that it has to contact the server countless times.
At least the information provided on the toolbar is ultra helpful. Site rating is based on number of clicks as opposed to traffic (as on Alexa site ratings).
Because of the load times, I have removed this.
But since there is nothing else out there like this...4/5

Seeing as this is the first of it's kind, I'd say this is the best anti-phishing tool out there! ;-)
It looks promising. I've already tested it on some phishing sites that I knew of, and it worked - it popped up a warning telling me about possible XSS.
The more people that use it the better it will work.
