Publisher's Description
NolaPro is a free web-based ERP, Accounting and Inventory Suite. It installs quickly on your own PC for secure access worldwide via the web. Also includes standard accounting modules as well as order entry, inventory tracking, full payroll services, and plug-ins such as POS, a business-to-business web portal, and an editable Ecom shopping cart. The robust, flexible interface provides user-customizable options for colors, icon sets, menu displays, and more. NolaPro allows multiple sets of books for different companies, unlimited simultaneous users, and no data restrictions. Administrators will be pleased with its high level of security for regulating user permissions (read, write, setup) by particular module areas. This suite competes favorably with the best business software available today-a bargain compared to enterprise systems costing thousands of dollars and requiring large annual upgrades and support costs. There are no expirations, no banners, no advertisements, no spyware, no adware, no nag screens, no crippled provisions, and no gimmicks. There is also NO COST and free help is available via our online training videos and support forum. Premium value-added services (all optional) are available for training, live support, technical consulting, on-demand hosting, or best of all, customizations which allows the software to precisely fit any unique business or industry need. NolaPro is a living suite of software which is improving and growing with new features to satisfy changing market needs and government requirements. It also includes international features such as VAT/GST support, a built-in language translator, and currency symbol/decimal options. Developers and IT personnel will especially find value in its APIs and integration support for 3rd party or in-house applications.

This is great stuff. Our business is about $1m annual sales but with a bad economy we've been looking to cut costs from our qb software. Can't believe this is free. It not only does everything we've been doing but with a ton more options and we can easily work from home.
Takes some use finding things sometimes, but one other plus is the author co. actually takes orders for custom changes. We're starting our list right now. Only wish we'd have found this sooner.

Flawless. I found nolapro from a review on about.com and its seem like a no-nonsense software. Easy to use, easy to install, and full of tons of options. And its just free. Theyre not trying upsell me on anything. Cool.

This software is very user friendly and has a lot of features for a free program. Our business has been using it for two months and it has worked very well for us.

I don't have any issue with the functionalities of this software. Being free, I do understand that there are some limitations. However I am not happy with the fact that they somehow manage to collect some sensitive information from my installation (i.e. admin email addresses) without notifying the user. I feel that this is done in bad faith.
The thing is when I installed NolaPro, I used an e-mail address that was created and only meant to be used internally within my company. However a week or so later I received a 'newsletter' from Noguska (NolaPro) telling me about some promotion sent to that particular email. This made me suspicious because that email is not used anywhere else and certainly not used for any newsletter subscription. I've emailed them enquiring about how my email got into their newsletter list but have yet to get a reply at all. It has already been a week. I do not know what other information that is collected/sent back to their servers because the files are all encoded using Zend. It would be such a waste because this is a good software but the way they are collecting information is bordering spyware.

This is a really great software package! It is easy to install, logically arranged, flexible, and best of all FREE. The context-sensitive help and video help really answers most questions, but if not, there is an active user forum. I highly recommend this to anyone with a business.
