Hi, im the author of this application, just wanted to say thank you for the honest opinions given here.

This app is the culmination of several things...

1. My boss gave me his old VB6 license.
2. I needed a way to calculate system power needs.
3. 2 months of self taught VB.

The app is very basic because of this, most functions are merely copies of existing controls, and by most standards, its buggier than a bait store, but if anyone finds any use for it, I'm happy :)

Sorry for rating my own app, I tried to select a neutral rating so it wouldnt be affected overall, if this isnt the case, then oh well :p

UI is improving with each version and the new detection features are great. Keep up the great work - this app is going to prove to be a must-have for overclockers if it keeps improving at the same rate.

Better! Autodetection works. Interface is 3x better. The program is usable and useful. I wish for *port to Delphi or C++ so it can run from 1 EXE file. *An INI file so you don't have to re-input your info every time you run the program. *Better auto detection to detect drives. Keep it going author, and don't let the whiners discourage you.

horrible.
i don't overclock, and i haven't even downloaded this - the other reviews here were more than enough to keep me from clicking that button.

absolutely worthless program. looks like the author's first attempt at programming using visual basic. the dialog is very vague and makes you manually input many things that could easily be automatically detected. not recommended.

Cool little app! The basic idea is good. Just what I needed. It eliminates trying to remember the calculations for determining bus and RAM speed. Not bad at all for a first release! Points off mostly for the interface, but I bet it gets better.

Does just what it claims. Hovering over a field explains how to fill in the blanks, and it lets you guess how many watts of your P/S you are using or would need if you changed stuff.

Not very user-friendly.. as some people dont know what any of that is. I am overclocking currently.. an AMD Athlon XP 2500+ to a 3200+
