Pros: Install ok.
Cons: Application does NOt work on Windows-10, Insider Preview, Home, version 17025.
"MSVCP140.dll was not found" ... "VCRUNTIME140.dll was not found... "
which is very FALSE.
Bottom Line: msvcp140.dll, VCRUNTIME140.dll are both in this Windows folders.
