Publisher's Description

PDF Page Counter Deluxe will return the page count of PDF files. This package includes a DLL file that can be included in virtually any Windows program and even web sites (using the COM feature). It also has a graphical program that uses the DLL file so you can create lists of PDF files and their page counts, it has a command line option so you can schedule PDF counts to occur on specified directories (and will recurse subdirectories).

is it so hard to open a PDF in your favorite reader program and read the number of pages at the bottom of the screen?

FoxItPDF Reader and Adobe Reader by default show the page numbers at the bottom, and have the column on the left to left you click on individual pages to jump to them.

Unless you are COMPLETELY strapped for resources, like, running a 100 MHz processor or something, why the hell would anyone need to pay $60 for something Adobe Reader and FoxItPDF Reader do for free?

Its beyond me why people create such dumb programs...
