It looks like a ripoff of xlaunchpad found in this site http://www.xwidget.com/
Prone to crash in Windows 10 x64. Many functions are not working like the drag and drop, font settings, etc.
Overall it should be considered as an alpha version although it shows some promise that it looks like it has extended xlaunchpad's functions.
