I'm going to give it 4 stars because I'm a polite guy, but I want to stress out that nothing using .NET is coming even close to my computer. It's [MS] crap and crappy programming practices. Lose .NET and program in C++ like all the normal programmers should do.

Basic, easy conversion of images. Just what people will want and faster than irfanview, fotosize, VSO Image sizer.
