Publisher's Description

PhotoMix is a full-featured collage making software. You can create a collage by compiling various pictures of any size and form, arrange, overlay, adjust and configure them developing your own style and design. You can save your collage to use it later to create new collages by simply changing photos or as single image in any of supported image formats. You can also output it as desktop wallpaper, or print, or send by e-mail.

Color Correction tools will help you to fix brightness, contrast, gamma, or colors. At Print setup you can provide settings for page margins and enter header and footer texts. Frames Photos look better in frames and in PhotoMix you'll find a variety of different frames - from simple border to numerous 3d bevels, from Gaussian fadeout to torn edges. Combine different effects to get most sudden results.

Dbrier:Glad you didn't take off for spelling. Many English and Americans can't spell, but they have no excuse. I'm impressed with programmers that not only code a darn good program, but spell pretty good in a secondary language. PhotoMix! has most all the elements I look for in a photo printing program. Full freeform drag-and-drop, but with optional alignment. It's small and quick. I like the way the aspect ratio locks. Nobody ever wants to stretch a pic anyway. I like the simple color and brightness/contrast editor, but the controls are way too sensitive. I like the generous export feature, and the background feature. I like the way it does only 1 thing well, and does not try to do too many things poorly. I wish there were a few more options such as a grid, a clean print preview, fade, and an "undo" feature. Although the download is only 1.4 megs, there are way too many files. The nag screens are a little too much, but not terrible. All in all, a good program. A few more features and it will compete with XaraX, which is the best program in this class. Give it a 4.5! (bobad@charter.net)

A direct quote from the discriptive article: "Everything in PhotoMix is done using drug and drop." wonder what kinds of drugs have to be used with the program??? doesn't anybody proof read things any more?
