PingIt is intended for monitoring speed of your Internet connections or monitoring of speed to certain IP addresses. You also can specify any domain name up to which want to measure speed of passage of ICMP-packets.

This program may or may not monitor your connection. All it does is shrink to the taskbar and change colors depending on the speed it says it is testing. There is no log or any other notation to say what the speed is. I do not recommend it if you are trying to track the speed of your connection.
