Excellent Product. Works really well. A brilliant solution to personal / small company email on the go. Easy to configure and excellent Tech Support with good response times.

I just bought PocoMail and PocoMail PE, and I am loving it! Finally a portable email client with features that rival that of Outlook. I can carry my email and contacts with me everywhere. When I get back to my desktop computer, I simply plug my USB key in and sync PocoMail PE on my USB key with PocoMail on my desktop. PocoMail PE is so easy to use that I rarely contact support, but when I did I received timely and helpful replies.

Before buying PocoMail PE, I downloaded a 45-day free trial. I also read reviews on many download sites. Speaking of download sites, I noticed that the DavidB (the other reviewer) is constantly making false and unsubtantiated claim about every product from the makers of PocoMail PE. DavidB is known to make wild claims about companies he dislikes.

My advice to other is download the 45-day free trial and try it yourself. Even after you purchased the product, you can return it with full refund within 30 days of purchase.

You would think that by version 3, a feature as fundamental to this concept as synchronization would be fairly solid. In my experience, a synchronization attempt resulted in partial message headers (without the body) being transferred, and then pre-existing messages being duplicated on both sides. What a mess! It was several weeks before I got any response from tech support, which was that I should download the latest PocoMail (not PE), and that maybe that would fix it(?!). Nope. Even after providing them a consistently reproducible scenario for the problem involving only one email, they never got back to me with a fix for this. If you're thinking about purchasing from this company, do yourself a favor and check out their forum first. Of particular interest is the number of customers who go there after not being able to get any response from email support, and then how many of those still are not able to get their problem resolved. Don't make the same mistake I did. This was a major waste of time.
