The program itself is OK so I'm hoping that the smsing becomes free when noone opts to pay for it; why wouldn't anyone pay? (asks the authors), mainly for 3 reasons....
1. If I have a cell phone, why'd I pay to text from my PC? I'm not THAT lazy. Texting from cell to cell is generally free as long as you have a text messaging package in your service (and most services generally come with 200-300 messages free).
2. If I don't have a cell phone, I can simply text message thru email or the carrier to whomever I'm messaging for FREE - MOST carriers have free web-to-sms pages.
3. Because it's way too expensive.

The price for sending SMS is too high.
0.25 Euro cent is considered too high. and some other country also higher.
