Publisher's Description
PowerMarks is a bookmark utility that incorporates your bookmarks from Netscape and Internet Explorer into one file and conveniently allows you to export them in ASCII, RTF, and HTML formats. This way you can use them as well as manage them in one complete file. Includes an auto-save feature, macros, global hot keys, intelligent Web page status checking, proxy support, an undo feature, the ability to copy-and-paste bookmarks, HTTP support, extensive online help, and more. It also contains a powerful search option for those of us that seem to bookmark everything, and then tend to get lost looking at the large amounts of bookmarks in our list.

I paid for this long ago & have never regretted it. Works well with all the popular (Windows) browsers.
A beta is available that supports firefox nicely.
Firefox contains same search as you type functionality as this, why would I want this I hear you say? Because this does not slow down your browser & is far safer because your bookmarks are safely exported/backed up. I have lost mozilla & firefox bookmarks many times due to corrupt profiles way to many times.
