Publisher's Description
Primitive Case Changer is a small tool that offers you the fastest and most comfortable way to change the letter case. All you have to do is cut the necessary text and paste it back immediately. It means that you press Ctrl+X and then Ctrl+V on the keyboard and you get the changed text at once. You will not even have to paste your text into Primitive Case Changer and click buttons. The program monitors the clipboard and automatically changes the text according to the specified settings.

Still using it. Still works for my needs (most often editing other's work in online web forms, especially those notorious ALL CAPS paragraphs. I use the insert key for any other editing that may be needed.).
One gripe - UPPRE (sic) is spelled wrong in the toggle buttons.

I think any better editor has this *feature*.
PSPad editor for example.

I actually have a use for this little program and it works. I'd like to load it and leave it in memory, but it wants to keep a little window open on my desktop.
That's ok, before I was having to leave a text editor window open, copy & paste, change the case, and then copy & paste back into my application. So it'll save me a little bit of time every day - thanks!
