ProLibra keeps teams in control of their documents, without the need for complex databases or maintenance. Users can organize their documents using information already stored in those documents - and combine this with templates based on common approaches. Templates are included for established methods such as Prince 2 and ISO9001. Using a simple and customisable drag and drop interface, users can choose different views to work on documents. Views include Stages and deliverables; People; Categories, Dates and a traditional Folder view.
