PropertyEditor is a shell extension for Windows Explorer that allows you to customize desktop icons of each folder and drive. You may create reports about the contents of any drive or folder. You can see hidden features of NTFS, such as Streams and Junctions and see who has access to encrypted files. Also, you may modify the date and time that a file or folder was created or modified.

For changing the C:\ drive icon, write this to the registry:
[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Classes\Applications\Explorer.exe\Drives\C]
[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Classes\Applications\Explorer.exe\Drives\C\DefaultIcon]
@="C:\\Icons\\your_custom_icon.ico"

But with right-click you can't change icons for drives, for all folders and more other icons.
Also with PropertyEditor I can see disks usage

erm... $25 to do everything you can already do by Right-Clicking a file and choosing proporties?

Pros: None
Cons: These tweaks are easily accomplished manually through the registry. Not worth paying for this tweak you can do yourself
