Pryme is a webcam freeware program that, among other things can capture pictures from your webcam, and upload them to your Web site using FTP. It has many features that most commercial programs lack, and it is completely free. It captures images from your webcam, and uploads them to your homepage via FTP or saves them on your computer.

The program does what it says it does, is freeware, and works well. It can upload images to an ftp site, has a motion detector feature, and can add time/date stamps and text to images.
The creator doesn't support this app, anymore, and has moved his attention to a shareware webcam program you can find on his site.
Still, this is good software, and well worth downloading.
