I've not had much experince with SMTP servers but this is simple to set-up and just works.
I'd give it 5 if it were free.

Minimail from www.pawsoft.com does exactly the same thing, weighs only 150kb, and is free.

Works pretty fine on my server. It does what it tells. It can be put in tray on start, so I'm happy.
The only bad thing is...It's not free. :(
