Outstanding! I synchronize hundreds of contacts to my PocketPC, and I get them from several other Outlook folders, some private, some public. Microsoft used to have a utility for doing this, but ever since Outlook 2003 came out, their tool wouldn't work if you tried to install in a fresh copy of Outlook 2003. It was hard coded to look for Outlook 2002. How stupid is that? Anyway, this is light years ahead of Microsoft, as it supports two-way synchronization, and removes deleted items plus checks for duplicates. Very nice add-on for Outlook. This is not just for users of PocketPCs. It synchs any folder in Outlook. To and from anywhere.
