The program keeps all messages of subscribed feeds in a database, so you can perform detailed searches for all current and past news items, and locate articles of interest. It can check your feeds automatically and notify you via sound when new items arrive.

Though it's a nicely organized RSS reader. It's very cumbersome. There are better out there people. Don't get this, unless you like the UI.
