You may try our program - ExtraLabs RSS Aggregator - not just an RSS reader, it can also edit existing feed or create a new one, or even form a totally new feed from several existing one and then publish it to the web site.

Hello,
Does anyone know of a program or method that can CREATE RSS feeds in a WYSIWYG type method? Something easy for implementing RSS into my website. I looked at the docs online but they seemed a bit complicated.
