It automatically keeps track of the names and locations of documents/files as you work with them, without any additional effort on your part. Whenever you need to locate a document or file you can use Start/My Recent Documents and a familiar Explorer type interface to find it quickly. It allows you to locate documents by type, by date, or by folder. You can have document references stored in categories you define based on rules that make sense for the way you work. Or you can use the powerful searching facilities to track down that elusive file.
