Registrar Registry Manager offers a very complete and safe solution to administrators and power users for maintaining the registry on both their desktops and remote computers on their network. Apart from common features, like those offered by the native Windows registry editors (regedit.exe and regedt32.exe) this program offers a solution for backing up and restoring registries, fast background search and replace, a bookmark editor with categories which supports key coloring and adding descriptions to registry keys and values, detailed property pages, tools for easy navigation. The program offers multi-level undo so all registry changes can be individually undone.

Superb registry tool.
Btw, if u dont want all the bookmarks (which are stored in your registry), then deselect the bookmarks install option during installation (u can add them later).

Not only is the price way out of line compared to similar products, but I installed and de-installed this program only to find a ton of registry entries left behind. It was easier to restore my system than to find all of the registry entries this beast left behind and delete them. :-(

I was really surprised by the overall low rating of Registrar Registry Manager (RRM). RMM was recommended to me, and I'm still using the unregistered version while I evaluate it. Now I'm not a techie or a guru, and I'm still learning about the registry so take this for what it's worth. I mostly use RMM to delete redundant registry entries/strings that were not removed after an uninstall. I don't quite have the confidence to go editing registry strings yet, but I've found RMM to be the fastest registry tool, of any type, I've ever used, and far safer than any registry cleaner, and thus far it has proven to be most reliable registry tool, of any type, I've ever used.
I certainly can't argue about the price, it is relatively high, but I also can't say it's to much. I consider many things when I decide whether to purchase, or not, and the jury is still out on that. I am also open minded, and will check out Registry Workshop, to compare.
All in all, so far, I've found RMM to be the fastest, most reliable registry tool, of any type, I've ever used.

This time I have to disagree with previous reviewer, zridling. RR4 definetely looks better than v3 although it's still a bit slow and unstable. Maybe it's too early, I will try it again when released as final.
Not that Resplended Registrar is a bad program, but I found Registry Workshop much better than this one.

A great software app ruined here because of the USDollar's***orically low value. Now it's simply too expensive to seriously consider. PS: Thanks for the Registry Workshop suggestion, InRay.
