Registry Medic doesn't reply to emails.
I paid and received a key for Registry Medic but the key was for an old version that was no longer available. Despite emails for help over several months, there has been no response.
So, I've lost my $US30 and am pissed off.

This program had high hopes, but the shareware version is pathetic. Limiting it to 5 entries per scan is just too much to see any real results. I could understand if they limited it to 10 full scans, or at least a 30-day (full) trial, but they didn't. I do not have $30 just sitting around ready to be wasted on buying the full version of Registry Medic just to further try it out.
