ResChanger is an open source resolution changer for Windows. It allows the user to change the monitor resolution, color depth, and refresh rate based on either system supported values, or all available values. Multiple monitor support will be added in the near future.

It works for me - did you choose "Yes" in the dialog right after you click "Test"? The program might still have some bugs; if you find any, email me (address is on the website)

Cool tool with a fatal flaw: Reverts back to original resolution after a few seconds !
Doesn't permit you to work in the changed resolution.
