Restart is a system utility for advanced users with more than one operating system installed on their machine. It installs an icon in the notification area, and with a single click the computer will shutdown and restart with the selected operating system.

All it does is modify BOOT.INI and reboot the system--but it's a novel idea, it's free, and it can be really convenient to have. Sometimes the simplest little utilities can be the nicest to have around.
